At Tour Strength we take our clients through an initial full biomechanics and lifestyle assessment, which we then build out our clients programmes and nutrition plans bespoke to their needs

With more than 5,000 hours of one-to-one coaching experience spanning 10 years, holding an accreditation with the UKSCA, a BSc in Sports Coaching Science and being qualified with TPI, expertise and knowledge are at the core of our coaching practice.
